Please join us in welcoming Melissa Bell Sensei back to Bond Street Dojo for a dynamic Aikido experience to jump start your Aikido summer for 2026. Aikidoka of all ranks and affiliations are welcome!

Melissa Bell Sensei (6th Dan) is the Chief Instructor of the Sarasota Aikikai in Sarasota, Florida. She began her training at the Aikido Shobukan Dojo in Washington D.C. under Mitsugi Saotome Shihan and other instructors including Patty Saotome Sensei and Frank Bell Sensei. In addition, she has received the honor of the Ueshiba Juku designation from Saotome Sensei. Her cross-training has included Shotokan Karate (Shodan) under Rick Hotton, Sensei. She has taught at the ASU Summer Intensive in Washington D.C. and the ASU Winter Intensive in Florida and regional seminars across the country.
