 Chris continues to be inspired by Terry’s vision of Bond Street as an
open, non-sectarian dojo which welcomes serious martial arts practitioners
regardless of organizational affiliation. In addition to her martial arts
practice she is a relatively early member of the Adirondack 46ers and spends
as much time as possible hiking and canoeing.
While she retains a strong emphasis on traditional form, as a professional
management trainer, she also makes active use of more "western"
teaching strategies which take advantage of recent advances in learning
theory. In addition to her classes at Bond Street Dojo, she maintains a
regular teaching schedule at Biwa Ko Dojo and the Palisades Aikido Club. |
