| 3rd Saturday of each month! FREE! |
| We hold a free introduction to Aikido session on the third Saturday of each month at 11 a.m. Please bring loose-fitting exercise clothing and arrive at least 15 minutes before the session to register. The class will be non-strenuous and is open to all. |
