| PLEASE NOTE: the March 17th intro workshop will not be taking place due to an event held at Bond Street Dojo that weekend. |
| We hold a free introduction to Aikido session on the third Saturday of each month at 12 pm. Please bring loose-fitting exercise clothing and arrive at least 15 minutes before the session to register. The class will be non-strenuous and is open to all. |
